Country Club Brasserie
The Country Club kitchen has recently expanded to better serve members and guests for lunch and dinner. The kitchen now includes top of the range supplies such as a combi steam oven, split belt pizza over, modern facilities, a sophisticated look and is now 125m square.
The kitchen now has the ability to serve 600 meals per seating and can hold anywhere between 3-9 chefs each service. The Wests Group aims to support the local community by buying a selection of fresh food from the local are.

ANZAC Day Bistro Specials
This ANAZC Day marks 102 years since landing on Gallipoli in 1915. It is the day on which we remember all Australians who served and died in war and on operational service.
